Q. I went on the delivery site and typed my address but Neri's Restaurant doesn't show up. Why is that? 

A. This means you're a little too far from the restaurant or there are no drivers available. 

Q. How much is the delivery fee and what is the distance available for delivery? 

A. Depending on your location from the restaurant will determine the delivery fee. Wait times may vary. 

Q. If I need to adjust my order who do I call? 

A. Please contact support from the delivery program used for the order.

Q. How long does the delivery take? 

A. Both programs will provide the time it will take for your delivery. 

Q. Is the 10% discount applicable for delivery? 

A. 10% discount is only applicable through our order online for first time users.
